Connections, links, and how-to-do websites, a domainer, and anyone who sells or buys domains should have helpful URLs on hand when needed.
I have used every one of the link-tools below at one time or another at least once, and I still do from time to time. Hopefully, you will have some use for them as well now or at a later time.
National sites have their proper whois is and can be reached here: Find out who owns a domain. For .de Germany, .at Austria, .co.uk United Kingdom's Nominet, .be Belgium, .fr France's afnic, and .eu the EU. Free.
DNJournal. Who bought what domain, and for how much? Who brokered the sale? No one does it better and is so well organized than Ron Jackson's domain name journal. Free
PayPal is fast, safe, and easy to use. Pay for a domain purchase or to get paid when selling a domain. Open your account for free.
Escrow - Buy or sell domains and websites securely by using escrow. It adds security to a domain transaction making sure no one gets screwed.
Alexa (now an Amazon company) tells you your website's ranking, globally, and for your busiest country. Seven days of a free trial.
Waybackmaschine, Internet Archive, another free service allows a look back to see what any particular website looked like. Free
Google Speedtest for mobile and desktop. Free.
Google Translate. A translator for many languages not only for words but one or more entire sentences. Free.
Languagetool is a proofreading service for English, German, Polish, Russian, and more than 20 other languages. Free.
